Network registration guide

Before setting up a Network, explore the overview, sample use cases, key concepts, and onboarding steps.

Below you will find a step-by-step guide on how to register your Network online.

2. Define Network basics

  • Network name: Set the name of your Network.
  • Network description: Provide a brief description of your Network’s purpose and terms for penalties, if any.
  • Project website: Add a link to your project’s website.
  • Logo URL: Provide a logo URL for your Network’s branding.

3. Configure Network request

  • Type of Network: Your use case category, per required asset flow scenario.
  • Depositing asset: If delegated assets are needed, choose the ERC-20 token that Delegators will deposit.
  • Amount requested: Total amount of liquidity needed from Delegators. Set to 0 if no assets are needed. Set a high value if you are not sure of the amount and want to get it running for a long period of time.
  • Operators requested: Number of Operators that can request to join the Network.
  • Network duration: Duration for which you are requesting liquidity (cannot be changed later).

4. Set up rewards

Not all of the fields are mandatory, it heavily depends on the Network requirements and method of incentivization.

  • Network reward token symbol: Set the symbol for your Network’s reward token (e.g., GPU).
  • Operator Rewards: Rewards for Operators, per day.
  • Delegator Rewards: Rewards for Delegators based on their contributions, per asset units per day over the whole duration.

5. Confirm and deploy

  • Review all the settings you configured: Basics, Request, and Rewards.
  • Click Confirm & Deploy to finalize the Network launch.

What happens after registration?

  • Contract deployment: Once a new Network is registered, its contract is created and deployed on-chain using a factory template.
  • Network whitelisting: Your Network and its tokens must be whitelisted before going live in the marketplace.
  • Going live: After whitelisting is approved, the newly created Network appears in the marketplace.
  • Matchmaking process: Operators and Managers can install the Network into their DAMs, set asset allowances, and enable Delegators to contribute, completing the matchmaking process.
  • Delegated participation: Delegators can start contributing assets based on the established terms.
  • Rewards distribution: Rewards will be distributed according to the configured parameters.
