What is an Operator?​

Operators in Nektar are responsible for providing decentralized resources such as node operation, validation, and other infrastructure capabilities (e.g., GPU/CPU resources). Operators play a critical role in the Decentralized Infrastructure Marketplace (DIM) by delivering hardware capabilities to Networks. Operators receive rewards for rendering those hardware capabilities to the benefit of the Networks under the configurations requested by the same.
